| Most products are in stock and usually ship within 48 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it.
If an item is not in stock or the shipment is delayed, you will be notified

| How long does delivery take? |
Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days for the US and 7-15 business days for Canada;
due to variations in postal service in different areas, some areas may take marginally longer

In the United States, we ship orders using USPS with delivery confirmation
In Canada, we usually ship using USPS.

| Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses using USPS First Class Mail. We are unable to provide delivery confirmation for these shipments. |

| What is your return policy? |
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging.
Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for
refund or exchange and cannot be sent back.
Refunds will be made for the price of an item; shipping and handling cost ($4) is NOT refundable.
Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses. You will be responsible for all costs involved
in re-shipping the product. It is your responsibility to insure your return package - we are not
liable for lost or damaged merchandise
Before sending your item please request an RMA number from our sales group
Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt.
